How Does Go2Cloud Schedule Planned Maintenance?

Go2Cloud schedules planned maintenance carefully to minimize disruption to your services.

Whenever possible, maintenance windows are set outside of local (South African) business hours, typically during late evening or early morning periods when server usage is typically at its lowest.

We notify all affected customers via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled maintenance begins. The notification includes:
- The date and time of the maintenance window
- The expected duration
- Which services or infrastructure may be affected
- Any actions you may need to take

In most cases, planned maintenance does not require any downtime for customer servers. When it does, we work to keep the impact as brief as possible.
