If you need to send email from your Go2Cloud server, you can request that the SMTP port (port 25) be unblocked.
To make the request:
1. Ensure you have an active paid account (SMTP cannot be unblocked on trial accounts).
2. Send an email to support@go2cloud.co.za.
3. Include your account details and a brief description of your email sending needs.
Our team will review your request and enable outbound SMTP access. This review process helps us maintain the integrity of our IP reputation, which benefits all customers who send email from our platform.
As an alternative to using port 25 directly, many email services offer submission on port 587 with authentication, which is not blocked and may be a simpler solution for transactional email.
